hey everyone ! I (F17) decided since its winter and I'm a person who gets shit ton of hairfall every time, I share with you my anti-hairfall and anti frizz haircare routine. I started having hair-fall ever since puberty ( halat kharab bhai) and by using these products for 3+ years , I have maintained and kind of brought back the thickness back to where it was pre-hairfall. hope this helps you out!
hair info : 2b/2c , medium porosity, oily scalp, blunt/bob cut (had the same length since 2017) , medium thickness.
the first 3 products are from the same company and I usually used to get those in a combo ( ab nahi bikta combo mein 😞), so the combined cost is a bit less when they are individually bought.

- The Derma Co. Anti Hairfall Oil : Rs. 250 for 100 ml.
has a really strong smell of camphor. base is made of coconut oil since it freezes during winter. I apply this twice a week (mummy ki maalish 🤡) night before shampoo. wouldn't really use it as an everyday oil since it has a strong smell. post shampoo, it doesn't completely strip off oil from the hair and doesn't make it completely dry or frizzy. didn't really notice much difference so even if I do replace this sometime later, my hair wont be any different. takiye pe purani chunni dal ke sona padta hai. - The Derma Co. Anti Hairfall Shampoo : Rs. 350 for 200ml.
smells like bubblegum lol. doesn't lather that much so have to add little more water for lather. I usually mix it in a bit of water instead of directly putting it on oiled scalp. has good ingredients like caffeine and niacinamide . mainly worked for me because its sulphate free since those type of shampoos work great for hairfall. did see a lot of improvement within the first 3 months and decreased hair fall during shampoo-ing a lot. doesn't really leave a scent after washing. - The Derma Co. Multi Peptide Hai serum : Rs. 600 for 60ml
deffo worth the price. i feel like even if i don't use the shampoo or the oil, simply by using the serum , my condition has improved a lot. holy grail haircare product from my side. I use it on post shampooed dry hair (like the day after shampoo) , twice a day (morning and night), 5 pumps. smells kind of sweet and is very watery . saw a decrease in the no. of hairfall while combing and doesn't make my scalp even more oilier than it was. has procapil and caffeine in it (pata nahi kya karta hai, but kam karta hai) (5/5)
now usually my haircare routine ends at this. I don't really do much except this , but I did incorporate some extras like a conditioner (since Derma Co. doesn't sell one), hair masks ( that double as both conditioner and mask) and heat protection (shayad?) . here they are!
- Dove Damage Repair Hair mask : Rs. 525 for 300ml (usually has a discount on it always so its much cheaper)
is my very first hair mask! bought only 2 months ago and works great as a conditioner more than a mask. I apply it after shampooing for 2-3 min then rinse thoroughly. has a nice after wash scent to it . haven't really experienced any hairfall from it yet (I hope not pls) . go from roots to tips but more on the tips . surprisingly, helped a lot with frizz. keeps hair really shiny and soft! (5/5)
- Schwarzkopf professional bonacure peptide repair rescue nutri shield serum : Rs. 735 for 56 ml (also usually on discount for 600 or 400 sometimes. phirse nahi lena shayad lmao)
I haven't really used it for a long time so cant say much about this one. applied it on straightened hair once and it absorbed really well and smells nice ! (3/5)
- Schwarzkopf Professional Bonacure Hyaluronic Moisture Kick Spray Conditioner : Rs. 950 for 200ml ( got it as a sample product (50 ml) for free! 950 toh wallet mein bhi nahi hai 😔)
honestly , I use it more than the serum I got it with (above!) , when my hair gets extremely dry. settles it down so it doesn't look like chidiya ka ghosla lmao. has a refreshing scent . got a 50ml bottle and it stretches out longer than I expect it to be. (4/5)
I've been using the first 3 products for a long time and experimented a lot with them (like stopped applying oil for a few weeks , using a different shampoo along with the other too etc) . the serum, I think is the one that showed the most results along with shampoo.
