The letter was a standard letter to terminate the medical relationship and instructing to seek care elsewhere. My friend wasn’t going to return as he made clear in his complaint, so obviously the office was doing it to cover their legal bases. The weird part is it wasn’t sent via mail, but was hand delivered to him by a courier via his front door. The letter was out in the open and not in an envelope, and had his name, address, and the doctor’s office name and address. My reading of the intake forms he signed says they can share his info with their legal associates, but does this count or is this a privacy violation?

A Formal Complaint on the Behalf of Your Customers - TRADE/SELL
As someone who has supported sugar goo since its advertisement on the Fashionreps subreddit, I am disappointed by the lack of sensible conduct your company displays. With the introduction of the Trade/Sell flair you have introduced a means of your customers trading with each other - which you should be able to facilitate, but you do not. When we try to trade each other via warehouse, you insist we cannot do so as the address we would send to does not match our paypal address- which we cannot change. And even we bear all risk and responsibility for the trade you will not facilitate it and won't even process the dispatch. You do not even provide a simple method of simply moving one order number to another account which is the bare minimum. All your other competitors - WeGoBuy, *, **are able to do this and you simply do not. Despite providing traction again to your website through your lucky bag post which was has been lost for a while ever since your ban from FashionReps- you are driving people away from the website. We are asking for the bare minimum - for the ability to process our items as we wish. Whilst I understand that you fear a chargeback, if we are clearly saying in recorded chat logs that we bare responsibility and risk then it no longer becomes a reason to deny a dispatch. There are simple fixes to this:
Provide a means of facilitating a trade/warehouse transfer through a paid service
Provide a means of dispatching to a chinese warehouse that doesn't match the paypal address given the condition that the buyer provides a formal and recorded admittance of responsibility, risk and revoking the ability to chargeback.
Educate your customer service that we cannot all change our address on paypal to a chinese address as some countries provide a restriction to do so.
Through these steps, you should solve your current issue and make life easier for all your customers just as your competitors have done. Edit: And you even blacklist words such as *CSS-Buy and *Panda-Buy - which is a shameful way to hide from your competitors.
