Forex is a free for all for the scammers. There's such a large conflict of interest with the signal sellers and EA sellers. When you challenge them you get blocked and a lot of these scams seems to be run with help of the signal selling community. So let's get an independent list going. If you've been burned post it here. The reason I'm asking is because I see these posts online daily and I'm curious about it.. obviously don't want to start if it's not a definite means of income. Is it legit? Are people genuinely making the kind of money they claim to in these videos?

Sales people: Forex funds are illegal in Malaysia. But if you have spare cash, you should think about Yuri / EOB /Takami fund because they make 10%+ every cycle. It is really legitimate because so many people are in it. I make US$5k per month from this as a side hustle. Don't even need to work hard.
Reality: Sales person may be makes US$2.5k per month or less, as their business involves selling a dream. Your money doesn't go to Cyprus or Seychelles. It goes to random investors who choose to take out their "profits" and extras go to central scam pool in Malaysia. That's why you are discouraged to put in money directly to the platform.

How to check if a forex broker is safe?

These fake stock exchange groups have been run by the same people now for over 6 months and are still being ignored by viber. They add you out of nowhere, and then one person using multiple accounts posts fake comments, images and advice encouraging the few real people in the group to invest cryptocurrency into their scam website. After enough innocent people buy in the group closes and their money is stolen.

I was trading with forex signal brokers for a little while now. After I made some profit, when I tried to withdraw the funds, they wanted me to pay some taxes, which a lot of people warned me was a scam. So I ignored them. Now they are threatening to subpoena me. I'm confused as to what to believe. There are no clear laws and it is confusing. Please help me

The scammers often disappear after they’ve received payment, leaving investors with nothing.
A growing number of scammers use social media to advertise fraudulent investment opportunities. They often use images and videos of luxury items to trick people into making an investment. If you’re contacted out of the blue about a forex investment opportunity, it’s likely to be a scam. Never transfer money to the firm/broker if they do.

These are impossible returns. A friend asked me the other day aggressively to invest in TriumphFX or TFXI funds with such return / promised characteristics. It's not possible! Of course, in thailand, there is the Youtube star Nutty. In Malaysia, we have TriumphFX or their spin offs EOB.

NZ Visions Build uses various reasons to ask customers to pay various fees such as tax and margin, but just won't let them withdraw their money.
